To display the page, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google) and the chat widget from the unpkg content delivery network; these providers receive your IP address when the files are loaded.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The chat widget stores technical settings (for example, whether the chat window is open) in your browser's storage.

2.2. The chat assistant

The chat on our website is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. When you use it:

• Your messages are processed by our AI providers Vapi and OpenAI, which may process data in the USA, to generate answers. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat.
• If you choose to leave your contact details (for example your name, email, phone, company, and what you need), we store them together with a short summary of the conversation in Google Sheets, and our team is notified by email and WhatsApp so we can get back to you.

By chatting, you accept this processing. We use chat data only to answer your questions and to follow up on your request (legal basis under the GDPR: your request and steps prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

If you email or call us, we use the information you give us only to handle your enquiry.
